These terms apply to purchases of digital licenses and related services from Ceth at cethcheats.cc. Read the product description, selected license option and these terms before paying. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
You must be legally able to enter the purchase and provide an email address you control. The checkout identifies the product, duration or license option, quantity, any installation service and total price. Prices are displayed in USD unless the payment page expressly states otherwise. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or network fees.
Product compatibility, supported operating systems and usage limits depend on the specific product. Check with support before purchasing if your configuration or the meaning of a license option is unclear. A status label such as “Undetected” describes a reported current status and is not a promise of permanent compatibility, freedom from detection or protection from account restrictions.
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Cryptocurrency payments use the invoice shown by our crypto checkout. Keys are released after the server confirms payment and allocates stock. Creating an invoice or returning to the store does not by itself confirm payment. Follow the exact coin, network, amount and expiry shown on a cryptocurrency invoice.
Read our Digital Delivery Policy for delivery details and our Refund Policy for purchase problems. If an order cannot be fulfilled, contact support for resolution.
A purchase grants the license described for the selected product; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property. Keep the key and private order link confidential. Do not redistribute or resell access unless the license expressly permits it. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement of Ceth.
You are responsible for complying with applicable law and the terms of third-party platforms. Do not use the store to commit fraud, access another person's orders, distribute malicious code, abuse payment systems or interfere with service security. Access may be restricted to address substantiated abuse, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Maintenance, provider outages and third-party changes can interrupt availability. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or a particular gameplay result. Installation assistance, where purchased, is a separate service; arrange it with support and never disclose wallet secrets or payment credentials.
Contact [email protected] with the order ID and a description of the problem. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content, refunds, privacy, or payment disputes. Any limitation on responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; it does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections remain effective. These terms do not impose a foreign jurisdiction or require you to waive access to a court or regulator that you are legally entitled to use.
The version presented at purchase governs that purchase, subject to changes required by law. Later site updates do not retroactively remove purchased rights. Information handling is explained in our Privacy Policy. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
